Check-in Status
You need to update Check-In status of every booking within 48 Hours after guest checkout.
If you fail to update Check-In within 48 hours after guest Check-Out, the options will be disabled for those bookings and will be considered as Check-In complete.
Commission will be charged on bookings whose Check-In status is not updated within 48 Hours of guest Check-Out.
Commission will also be charged on any Check-In denied due to unavailability of rooms.
If Check-In is denied due to unavailability of rooms, Hotel will bear the difference in booking amount in case booking is shifted to any other property.
If 3 (three) Check-Ins are denied due to unavailability of rooms in a month, property will be removed from Brevistay platform.
Commission invoice is generated on 3rd of every month.
Property will be removed from Brevistay on wrongfully marking no-show or asking customers to cancel bookings.
GST
As per recent GST changes, hotels rates below ₹1000 will include GST of 12% automatically along with applicable TCS. No need to increase rates for the same.
