Eligibility
- Refunds are based on the Cancellation Policy timelines.
- Taxes collected on refundable components are credited back where applicable.
- Non-refundable: Payment gateway/bank convenience fees, promotional/non-refundable rates, and charges for consumed services (meals, minibar, etc.).
Processing & Timelines
- Approval window: 2–5 business days after a complete request.
- Credit to account/card: usually 5–10 business days post-initiation (depends on your bank/payment provider).
- Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment only.
If the credit doesn’t appear after 10 business days from initiation, contact your bank with the refund reference we provide by email.

Special Cases (Force Majeure)
In case of government restrictions, natural calamities, etc., we may offer a date change or hotel credit voucher at management’s discretion (documentation may be required).
